  • What service do you recommend for first time clients?
    A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleanings. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a regular clean package.
  • Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling Your Appointment
    If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. All cancellations beyond 12 hours will not be charged a fee and you may reschedule your appointment for your earliest availability.
  • How do I Update My Contact and Billing Information?
    Log in to your account page, then under “Settings” select “Billing”. In the Billing section you may update your billing information, your address, and your current subscription preference.
  • Do you clean any outside surfaces of the home?
    We do not clean any outside surfaces.
  • What day is my next cleaning?
    View the subscription link under your account page to see your next scheduled cleaning.
  • Do I have to be home when the cleaners arrive or depart?
    You do not! However if it’s your first time signing up for one of our cleanings, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship we hope to establish with you.
  • Can I trust your cleaners? Are they background checked?
    You sure can! All of our cleaning contractors are individually background checked and vetted through a series of pre-partnership interviews.
  • Is The Cleaning Solution fully licensed, bonded and insured?
    Yes we are! We have full general liability, crime and cyber insurance to cover all potential incidents during the course of work.
  • Is tipping my cleaning specialist acceptable?
    Yes it is! Any amount is greatly appreciated by your cleaning specialist.
  • What if property is broken or damaged during the course of cleaning?
    This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to discuss full reimbursement of your broken or damaged property.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning service?
    If you are not happy with your cleaning service for any reason, please call us immediately to discuss. Your complete cleaning satisfaction is our ONLY goal.
  • Am I charged for my cleaning service upon booking?
    A hold will be placed on your credit/debit card at 7am the day before your appointment for the total amount of services selected. Your card will not be charged for the price of services until 7pm the day services have been completed.
  • How do I cancel my account?
    Please head to the “account” page on our website, and login into your account. Find “cancel my account” and submit a quick form to successfully delete your account and any subsequent scheduled cleanings.
